The Mark II in Rogers Park is essentially a landmark. After all, the Mark II has been around since 1958. It is open until 4 AM and has all the charm of a bygone era: cozy atmosphere, subdued lighting and best of all, it’s owned by Pete and Steffani. Pete has talked the talk with the best of them for over 45 years. His presence can’t be missed. You’ll often hear his hearty laugh and his belief that the Bears are going to “go all the way this year.” His wife Steff is usually there to greet you with a smile and make you feel right at home.
The Mark II, also affectionately known as “The Deuce," is a popular social gathering place for watching sporting events, playing darts, pool or foosball. Late nights draw a great crowd with Northwestern and Kellogg students and others from near and far.
You’ll love the friendly staff and comfortable feel of the Mark II. Come and see us soon!
